- Checkout time 12:00 noon.
- All Payments are to be made in foreign convertable currency as per regulation of Nepal Rastra Bank.
- Please clear your bill on day before your departure.
- Long staying guest should clear their bill every week.
- Please deposit your valuable in home safety vault. Service available 8 AM – 10 PM.
- The Host is not responsible for any loss or damage of your belonging which are left in room.
- The Host reserve the right to terminate the existing stay of any guest without prior notice if this become necessary.
- Water should always closed after use.
- Laundry is not allowed inside room.
- Electricity should be off after use.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of goods in staying room.
- Guests are not allowed to keep the illegal things that are prohibited by Nepal Government rules and regulation.
